Terms and Conditions – Bahá’í Centre Venue Hire

1. General Use

The venue is to be used only for activities consistent with Bahá’í principles, including devotional, educational, and community gatherings.

2. Alcohol and Substances

Alcohol and any prohibited substances are strictly not allowed on the premises.

3. Pets

Pets are not permitted inside the venue.

4. Conduct and Dress

All attendees must behave respectfully and maintain appropriate dress. The environment must remain calm and dignified.

5. Care of Venue

The hirer is responsible for keeping the venue clean and leaving it in the same condition. Any damage or misuse is the hirer’s responsibility.

6. Rates

All rates include GST. A Regular Hirer is defined as 10 or more bookings per year.

7. Payment

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only and must be completed before the booking.

8. Cancellation

More than 14 days notice: full refund.

7 to 14 days notice: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days notice: full charge.

9. Compliance

All users must comply with these terms. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
